Bad. Just bad.

It feels good at first, but then once it dries it has been making my hands peel??? Like all of my fingers are peely and gross now so that's fun. I don't recommend.

Fantastic

I have very sensitive skin but this cream is great. I don’t understand why it is burning some people because I have not had that experience at all. In fact I think it’s really good!

Product burned upon application and caused rash

I ordered this product to help with dry , cracked hands from extra handwashing during COVID-19 crisis because I really like the Eucerin Original Healing Cream. Unfortunately, the first time I applied the product, I had a very negative reaction. The product created a painful, burning feeling upon application and caused a raised rash on my hands.

Ouch!

I bought this to help moisturize my hands due to all the frequent hand washing I’m doing, and it BURNED my skin. I have scaly, chapped skin in its place. I washed it off and it still stung for hours. And now, even days later, I still have patches on the backs of my hands where the product burned me.

Less effective than old product

I am very unhappy with this product, it feels sticky and wet on my skin. I was sent this to replace the Intensive Repair Extra-Enriched Hand Cream and it doesn't compare at all. I work with paper and it sucks the moisture out of my hands and this product might as well be a bath and body works lotion for how effective it is.
