    Funky smell
    I went through 2 bottles and recently opened a new one and it smells terrible. It’s brand new and I can use it because I can’t stand the smell.

    What’s with the new stench?
    I’ve used Eucerin Intensive Repair exclusively for years. With extremely dry skin, I’ve always been willing to pay the premium price for this lotion. I noticed a horrible smell from a fairly recently opened bottle. I thought maybe it was an older bottle and perhaps that might be it. I then grabbed a brand new bottle and, yep, there it is- that disgusting smell. Man do I hate this! I am on the search for new lotion because, being sensitive to smells, I simply cannot tolerate smelling this rancid smell on my skin all day. How very disappointing! I’ll be donating these products that I have in my supply. Please, address the issue. So many of us can’t be wrong, this is clearly an issue that needs addressed. You are definitely losing valued long term consumers of your product.
